There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee maker. Amenities include a TV, washing machine, self check-in, and family-friendly items: cot, high chair, and shared toys and books for children. Enjoy the fully fenced private garden and relax on the uncovered private terrace on sunny days. A private barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, and you can play shared table tennis for entertainment. A shared parking space is available on site. One pet is allowed. Please note that parties are not permitted on the property. Beaches are less than 10 minutes away, offering fishing, water sports, and local walks, with activities for all ages.
